Equipment

We use only professional, industry standard equipment to guarantee the greatest control and ensure that our work is of the highest standard. The Sony HVR-Z7P’s light weight design, excellent low light performance and ability to record in HD to either tape or Compact Flash card, makes it the perfect broadcast quality camera for an unobtrusive and economical shoot.

For sound, we choose Rode shotgun microphones, the added use of windshields and shockmounts ensuring a direct, clean soundtrack.

Our post-production is performed using Final Cut Studio 7 – the latest version of Apple’s premiere nonlinear editing system. Final Cut is industry standard software used across a wide platform of professional media productions – including television and feature films, making it a high quality, flexible tool for sound and picture editing, colour grading, motion menus, chapters and compression.
